Whether GST applicable irrespective of turnover for selling service through my website

I would like to create a website of selling services and will be attached to an online payment gateway. Whether I need to take the GST registration evenif there is no stipulated turnover for GST registration (20 lakhs). If yes, which tax is applicable among IGST/SGST/CGST. Kindly advise.

if you give service through your own website and the turnover is below 20 lakh no need to register but if you give service through e commerce operator you must register

if it's more than 20 lakh you must register and among tax point of view place of supply is important if you do service in your state only sgst and cgst apply out of state igst

Yes...
Registration mandatory for dealing Online Business...
You can serve local address (Intra state) you ll collect CGST and SGST... To Serve Others State you ll collect IGST...

Online business is not applicable threshold limit...

Further to above, Request advise on below also.

1) If i am doing my on business through my website without using any of the online market place such as Amazon etc..., Hope GST of IGST / CGST / SGST as per the place of supply only will be applicable in my case.

2) Hope TDS/TCS under GST not applicable to my case.

Kindly advise.
