Whether exam forms has to be sent to icai or not.

But as per the Notification issued by ICAI on 02nd feb, it is mentioned that "Candidates whose photographs and signatures are in examination data base, i.e. those whose photographs and signatures are displayed on the screen, on the portal, when they log in, are not required to take a print out(PDF) of the exam form and submit it." 

What does this mean? can you please clarify?

Students whose photo and sign are appearing will just have to submit it online. They are not required to post the printout of form to icai.
