Quick Summary
If your coaching institute's annual fees exceed £20 lakhs, you are generally liable to register for GST. This applies to private coaching classes, with exemptions typically reserved for recognised educational institutions offering degree courses or specific skill development programmes. There is no straightforward way to avoid registration if you meet the turnover threshold. Additionally, you may be liable for audit under Section 44AD if your reported profit is below 8% of your turnover.

1.Gst is applicable on private coaching classes, you should get registered.
2.No way
3. if u r showing profit below 8% as specified then u are liable for getting audited otherwise u don't need to get audited.
Coaching is liable to gst exemption is for education institutes colleges that teach recognise degree courses like school bcom also if u give coaching of programmes under nsdc for skill development then exempt basically coaching is liable if turnover exceeds20lakhs
