A Trust is to be set up for running a School. Whether the person who is the Author of a Trust as well as the Trustee, can become the Principal of that School? If yes, then whether he can take Salary/ Remuneration for such designation? Please guide in accordance with Sec.12AA of the Income Tax Act.

But being the Principal, he has to teach the students also. Is it barred by Income Tax Act or Trust Act?
