when ITC4 required to file

ITC 4 is basically required by registered manufacturers, showing the details of input or capital goods dispatched from a worker.The general deadline for ITC 4 is the 25th of the month succeeding the quarter.

i think for testing purpose it is not requir for file ITC 04. Bcz teting not change the material from raw to semi finished.
