When is the last date of filing

Hi,

Can some one who is aware of the current dates please tell me when is the last date of filing of the following forms for a opc company for (2020-2021)

 

1. AOC-4

2. MGT-7

3. ITR-6(Login is still an issue in the portal. Is there any chance of extension)

Hi for ROC forms in case of opc last date was 27/09/2021.

Last Date of Filing Aoc4 in case of Opc is 27/August/2021.

Form MGT 7A due date for FY 2020-21 would be 28th November, 2021. However, One Person Company does not require to hold AGM, yet the due date for filing Form MGT 7A shall be 60 days from the completion of the 6 Months from the end of financial year, that means the due date shall be 28.11.2021.

Filing of Itr6 Last Date (Audited/Opc) is 15/02/2022

Based on the replies it looks like the last date has expired for mgt7a and aoc4 for opc. Is there any extension available?

No right now no extension for annual filing of opc
