when file gstr monthly 3b?

our registration date 15th aug.2017 and date of liability 1st July 2017 in Gst registration certificate.
so my question is month for filling gst return either July or August

same case of mine... so I called help desk they ask me that I can file August return and July month detail mentioned in August

Check your Registration effective date and the return available month..
Bcoz.,
The system can't support before effective date as per my experience in some Registration...

from the date of liability sir. please log in and check wether July return showing in your dash board if showing then have to file from july
