I THINK IT IS PREFECTLY FINE AND WE SHOULD NOT CONSIDER THIS AS POSTPONMENT OF IPCC RESULTS BECAUSE THIS IS THE FIRST NOTIFICATION FROM ICAI WITH TIMING OF RESULTS....
SO JUST HOPE FOR THE BEST & BE POSITIVE !!!

I THINK IT IS FOR MANIPULATION OF RESULTS....................................
the pass percentage is high this time for pcc..... so they are trying their level best to see wat they can do to reduce it.......... mark my words...:
PCC RESULTS WILL BE PUBLISHED TOMORROW MORNING ONLY 
It looks as if ICAI is declaring the results for the first time, that it doesn't knew before about the time it will take to declare the result . Anyways .... stay cool.... be optimistic....and ALL THE BEST to every one.
its so disgusting that its happening for d 3rd time now and it seems that this trend will continue in future....
final ka time se 4hrs phle n hamara aur xtend kar diya..

guys.. just chill.. There is no manipulation taking place... its only bcoz of technical reasons..
