As per the statement of one Top Office Bearer of ICAI (Please read Business standared) the action can only be taken against the signing CA.
Govt. is considering to ban pwc
while icai can ban only members
PWC in the past also had commited impropriety work twice but no action was taken either by the institute and by the government.how could you expect this time.
