Finance Act 2010 will be fully applicable and the As.Y. applicable will be 2011 - 12 you can also have a look at the test papers posted by me for help in tax. But the ammendments applicable for the Nov. 11 will be those which have came and have been made applicable till 30th April 2011 so its important to note that the changes made by Finance Act 2011 in respect of TDS will be applicable for your Attempt.
