i have been offered a job from a housing finance company (delhi based).. they have offered me a CTC of 5,50,000/=
plz let me know as the offer is ctc based...what appx.amount will be as Cash salary...as i know it's around 55% of CTC in general...
plz give ur valuable comments....

It depends from company to company, component of Basic Salary and Allowances in the package etc.
Take the details from the company -
PF contribution of company, Perquisited in Kind and retirement benefits are not received in cash.
