If we are doing urd purchase what we have to pay reverse charge on urd?

In the case of composition dealer also? We dont need to pay rc on urd purchase ...

Yeah... No need to pay GST Tax under RCM basis from 12th Oct 17 to Nov-19...

CBIC has notified that the provisions relating to Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) under GST, i.e. under Section 9(4)of the CGST Act, 2017, Section 5(4) of the IGST Act, 2017 and Section 7(4) of the UTGST Act, 2017 have been further Deferred/ Suspended by Govt. by 1 year, i.e. from 30 Sept. 2018 to 30 Sept. 2019

Please see the. Notification No. 22/2018 – Central Tax (Rate) 6th August, 2018...

It's applicable from 13th October 17 to September-19.

in gstr1 why they put the selection options of rcm , When u fill the all sales detail in gstr1 u find options of rcm but Rcm only applies on those purchase which don't have gstn , in this case how u could you fill. Also tell me in gstr3b whether we should shown Rcm and get the itc on that (3B)or not to show anything?
