which value is to be taken as deemed sale consideration in Capital gain?? stamp value or actual consideration or value ascertained by valuation authority??

Stamp value. But if value is in dispute then value ascertained by valuation authority. Provided if value determined by Valuation officer is more than Stamp value then stamp value is taken else value determined by valuation officer
