Hi All, My brother received 139(9) intimation and error code was 89 ( you are not applicable for 44ada , something like this was written). We provide website development services. Do we need to file ITR4 ? If we file ITR4 what will be the next step. Please advice.

If you had selected code' 0709' while filing original return......... Accept the defect and refile the ITR u/s. 139(9), with same code....... same details......... but u/s. 44AD.... (and not u/s. 44ADA)
Hi Sir,
We tried to reply that intimation but it was submitted as revised ITR. This time code 714 was selected and return filed in 44AD. Do we still need to reply that notice? I think if we will try to reply that then new ITR will be filed.
