clearence of c.a course is required for anyone to become a chartered accountant. but to become a successful c.a everybody proves wat they a different from others.
Excellent Knowledge of profession with related profession.
Good circle and liasions in profession related departments.
Out of Box approach, Thinking Differently than others.
and Knowledge in latest happenings on Laws and Taxes.

You have to update ur knowledge regularly of every field. U have to do work differently from others.
