What is to be done?

I appeared for CA final in May'11 and cleared group 1. I couldn't clear group 2 despite of having a score over 400 due to ISCA. My ISCA paper went very well and I was expecting an exemption in the same. I'm just not able to understand how I could score only 28 marks in a paper which was my best one in group 2. I've decided to give it for verification. What else can be done? Should I mail a letter to BOS or to Sr.Deputy Director(Exams) explaining the same? Should I drop a letter at the Mumbai ICAI office?
