the first thing you need to do is get a partnership agreement entered, on  stamp paper of requisite amount.

then present the same before the registrar of partnership firm, in whos jurisdiction your firm will be together with required documents

as address proof of partners

PAN card of partner

photo proof of partners

address proof place where firm is to be set up (eg leave and license agreement, sale agreement whatever is applicable)
