I want to create a new partnership firm in Delhi and I want to know that what is the procedure of Partnership Firm registration and my second question is if I registered the firm after that I do not operate one & two year that time the Department will raise any objection.
Please suggest me.......

the first thing you need to do is get a partnership agreement entered, on stamp paper of requisite amount.
then present the same before the registrar of partnership firm, in whos jurisdiction your firm will be together with required documents
as address proof of partners
PAN card of partner
photo proof of partners
address proof place where firm is to be set up (eg leave and license agreement, sale agreement whatever is applicable)
