Yes, the new Act will increase the demand as it is 75% compliance. More compliance means more demand for CS. But this act is expected to come into effect from 1st April, 2014. What will be the demand in the intermediate period of 1 year ? The current scenario is so pessimistic that no company is willing to hire entry level employees. They are preferring senior level executives.
