What is the most creative work one can do being a CA?

I am sorry you will be quite disappointed if you go searching for all 3 at once..... And besides we are Chartered Accountants, so its not like we are scientists or artists that would be doing something original and creative... It's mostly run of the mill stuff...

Everything is creative initially  and after 10 years the same will become routine and no exitement.

u all guyz a right. but doesnt this fact that we will end up our lives in SUCH manner make you uncomfortable sometimes???

It's a question a lot of young CA's ponder over. Did we do this course for this daily boring grind?

I think the answer lies beyond CA and work, and making your life interesting with a hobby or a passion or a person. And then maybe life wouldn't look so uncomfortable.

ya right but you also know that a full flegde involved CA hardly gets ny time for "hobbies" ,"passions", or "person". it would be great if he maintains his hairs till he is 40 or so....

Sure he can get time for anything, if he so desires.... You don't need to be working 14 hours a day to be happy or successful in life.

one of the most interesting discussions on forum that i have seen till date:D:).......and yes its true that its very very difficult to devote time  to other things.

I think Teaching would be the most creative thing a C.A. can do if he is able to teach 2 or more subjects at a time.

Teaching is a wonderful thing to do as a CA. Interacting with lots of young intelligent minds keeps you on your toes, and fills you with energy...

Besides that, enterpreneurship in any field is a creative (or rather challenging) thing to do... You might fail initially, but once an enterpreneur always an enterpreneur. That person would then never be able to thrive in a compartmentalized job environment.
