What is the meaning of Internal question ?

Dear Jain,

Internal Choice mean giving sub-choices in a question. Assume the paper is divided into 5 X 20 marks each. Then the question paper may be:

(1) Compulsory - 20m

(2) Any Four out of Five - 4X5 = 20m (Internal Choice)

Then,

Any three questions from (3), (4), (5) and (6) carrying  20marks each

For Example.....

" (1) Answer  any four of the following with reference to Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 and Schedules         thereto:

    (a)

    (b) and so..on
