What is the basis to form a HUF?
What is the procedure to bring into existance a HUF?
Can a family consisting of Husband, Wife, Two sons, their wives, each son have only one daughter, having ancestral agricultural land property, also two sons have fixed assets on their own name, bought out of common family income, can form a HUF?
After some time, if they sold out the said agricultural property, can the HUF existence still continuing with the remaining above said properties?
Can we need to register HUF by making a deed? If not, when we are applying for PAN for HUF, there is colum for registration number of HUF?
Could representative assessee be any one of HUF mumbers? or it could be only the elder member or male member?
