What is srn in form adt1

The SRN is need to be filled in ADT-1 when the appointment of auditor is not in AGM that is auditor is appointed due to casual vacancy or removal of auditor before expiry of term. 

The SRN of relevant form means form ADT-2 or ADT-3 which ever is applicable.

This means SRN is available only after filing ADT-1. But we need the number before filing.

Dear Sir,

Thanks for your reply. But, in this case, I would like to ask that what about if form ADT-2 or ADT-3 is not required to be filed. Like there has been a causal vacancy due to the death of the Auditor, and as such, ADT-3 is not required because that is to be filed only in case of resignation and not death. Also, ADT-2 is not required, because removal is not there.

Also, when we are inserting "Z99999999", it is not accepting the same. So, please suggest what is to be inserted in that case.

What if the casual vacancy is due to death and both adt-2 & adt-3 are not applicable?

Certainly the portal would not accept Z9999999 because the SRN has reached only upto alphabet H.
