can any one pls tellme ,whether employer is required to issue a passbook to its employees under para 40a of pf rules
(iam not talking of ppf but of pf which is deducted from salary)

account slips( yearly statements) are issued by epf department every year, that solves the purpose of passbook

can the employees directly send the form2(regarding change in family) to esi office instead of giving it to their employer
employer has just to countersign the form, this satisfy the ESI office that employee is still continued and eligible for all benefits, and yes employee can submit the form
