Hello All,
What is GST Rate will be applicable for the under construction property booked on 10th October 2018(10% of Sale value paid during interim sale agreement ) from January 2019? I have not paid the remaining 90% to money to builder as we all know that there is a an reduction of the GST rate from january 2019 but they send one demand letter dated 20th november 2018
Please help me to clarify that the what is GST rate is applicable in this case.
