There is 18% GST on Ice Cream. Refer HSN CHAPTER 2105 00 00 for further information.

take away product charged 20rs extra on carry bag but GST is not changed its is compulsory to charge GST on take away carry bag if not changed GST what problem is come

qua icecream manufacturer ice cream gst rate 18%. qua ice cream parlour cant we say it comes under food, beverages etc and gst 5% without set off.
