FORM GSTR-1 :
The Due Date to file FORM GSTR-1 for the month of June 2020 "WITHOUT LATE FEES" for the Taxpayers having Aggregate Turnover More than Rs. 1.5 crores ( Monthly Filers ) vide Notification No. 53/2020 - Central Tax, dated 24th June 2020 is 05th August 2020 ( 05.08.2020 ).
FORM GSTR-3B :
As per Notification No. 51/2020 - Central Tax, dated 24th June 2020, the due date to file GSTR-3B with conditional waiver of Interest is as follows :
State Category A : 23rd September 2020.
[ •Nil Interest till September 23, 2020,
• 9% thereafter till September 30, 2020
• 18% p.a thereafter w.e.f. October 01, 2020. ]
State Category B : 25th September 2020.
[ • Nil Interest till September 25, 2020,
• 9% p.a thereafter till September 30, 2020,
• 18% p.a thereafter w.e.f. October 01, 2020. ]
