What if PAN not available in case of Transfer of immovable property

Dear All,
I have sold a immovable property and I want to file income tax return under CG. but I do not have buyer's PAN and also he is refusing to provide any information.
please guide how can i file my income tax return.
Is there any way to serve a notice to him from income tax department???

Check your sell document. A copy of PAN should have been attached in it.

Sub-registrar do not register documents without PAN of both the parties.

Sir, actually it was sold by a person who have never experienced like such transaction..even that person doesn't have sell document. seller have only a copy of cheque..

Get a sell deed copy from sub-registrar. Or try to convince buyer for said compliance.
