Quick Summary

Generally, SGST and CGST apply in such scenarios. However, if the goods are for constructing immovable property, IGST might be applicable instead.

SGST/CGST will be charged
Igst only has to charge, if the goods is used for construction of immovable property means cgst & sgst applicable.
