CS ARRANGE/PREPARE ALL FORMALITY FOR AGM ND AFTER AGM DO NECESSARY WORK LIKE FILLING OF ANNUAL RETURN , PREPARE AGM MINUTES.
CHAIRMAN READ/GIVE SPEECH AT AGM NOT CS HOWEVER SUCH SPEECH PREPARED BY CS.
