One of my client did not pay RCM on GTA in 2017-18 due to misunderstanding of Notification of Cancellation of RCM after sept 2017. What is solution on this now?

What can be done if rcm on gta is not paid in 2017-18?

The same to be paid along with interest @ 18% for the delay made. Either in annual return or the subsequent month return

No. ITC of 17-18 cannot be availed now..
It won't be ITC it will be RCM which we will be paying now. Usually we pay rcm in this month and get it as itc in next month.
My client has not paid RCM nor claimed ITC against it. Is there any provision for same in annual return?
What if cotton lint purchase, is RCM applicable for cotton lint?
