Please tell me what Annexure for sale @ 4.20% against D1 in HVAT Quarterly return

Hi Yogi Rana,
Incase of Local Sales against D1 @ 4.20%, you may use Annexure LS 9B annd incase of Local Purchases against D1, you may use Annexure LP 7B.
Along with 4.20% against D1, in both the Annexures dealer has to specify Applicable Rate of Tax also.
