Since FBT has been abolished from this year, is there any information available which heads are taxable and once that are non-taxable [with limit] for individuals ?
Thanks in advance

FBT has been proposed to be abolished. It is still not abolished. No notification has came for the same to the extent i know. However if FBT is abolished then the benefits shall be taxable to the employees & they would have to pay IT on it.

Sir
We know that FBT has abolished it has clearly mention by the finance minister in his speech. so in this case we had deposited the fbt in 1st qtr for apr 09 to jun 09 so in this govt should give us the refund on fbt or we have to pay fbt for coming qtrs.
Please help me to clarify this problem.
Best Regards
