WHAT A MANIPULATION IN CA FINAL RESULT OF EXAM NOV,2015 !!!!!!!

Does anyone has access to information on how many people appeared v/s passed.

This analysis is just regional distribution, may be East region had less population in terms of appearance.

Regional performance in terms of passout against appearance will give more clear picture (i.e. to identify which region/centre you should write from).

I think you know that ICAI do not disclose regionwise appeared nos.of Students and results as they want to hide their manipulation on result. 

Further,for your information that each & every time a large numbers of Students appeared in IPCC & Final exam as West Bengal, Odisha,North East States, Andaman & Nicobar.

You can check from your any eastern region friends

 

Requesting to all CA students, pls put your views in this crucial matter

Just few hours before IPCC result has been declared for exam Nov,2015. It is very shocking that again result is unexpected inrespect of Failed Students in Eastern Region.

Any one have answer for unjustified result in Eastern Region only ??????????

It is quite shocking that business persons like Biswanath Jana is commenting on ICAI results. { does anybody know who he is- pl send details]

The regional imbalances in makrs is not possible due to all India mix of papers whether in english or Hindi as understood.

Maybe the need to consider reasons:

1. Not preparing a schedule for studies

2. Not revising early + enough

3. Selective studies

4. ......pl see vidoe on how to excel in examination on utube.

Anybody having a doubt may apply for xerox copy and find out why exactly one is not doing well.

It is also very shocking sir !!! you are a Charterd Accountant but you dont know the ICAI Regulation 39.

Can u pls explain that if I am consider of all above points as u said and ICAI apply their regulation 39 i.e.

"The Council may, in its discretion, revise the marks obtained by all candidates or a section of candidates in any particular paper or papers or in the aggregate in such manner as may be considered necessary, for maintaining the standards of pass percentage provided in these Regulations. " 

then I am able to Pass CA ???????

Further,  If u believe that regional disparity is not possible then what is the meaning for  

"a section of candidates", "maintaining the standards of pass percentage" under regulation 39. said by ICAI ???

Yes I agree......Does our Country which have population of 121 Crores can have this much % of CA. And what is the probability of those who failed will pass in future..

Im an IPCC student. I saw the xerox/certified copy of my cafm answer book. They have awarded 0 and 2 marks for two practical questions for which I deserve to get more marks. I dont understand why they have given me such low marks. And I'll not get an answer because of regulation 39 (2) and 39 (4). I dont want to blame the institute or the examiner. Just hard luck for me and preparing for May 2016. Since you quoted about xerox/certified copy im sending this. No offences.
