i tried to download ipcc study material..
because i passed cpt in dec 2012 and i have old books..
now i heard about new changes in syllabus..
but couldnt download it.. because the chapter pages are not loading..
do anyone of you have a similar problem..
plzz reply me..
It happens as website is slower due to huge traffic these days,
I will recommend you to download in early morning around 6-7 am when site has lower traffic and opens faster.
