Website on Push & Pull mode

Hello Gentlemen,

I have come to know that CA in practice can advertise through Write up (refer ICAI notification dated 14 May'08). These writeup can be sent through CA's website which may be PUSH OR PULL Basis.

Whereas I know PUSH Basis is not allowed. 

Does  this notification allows CA to use PUSH technology for advertisement?.

Please clarify.
