Why do we have separate dates for assessment of wealth tax income tax, FBT or TDS? It creates problems for taxpayers.

The concept of FBT has already been done way for past couple of years and there is no such provsiion of "Assessment of TDS".
TDS is adjusted by way of assessment of Income Tax only.
There are almost same rules with regards to the assessment of wealth tax and income tax.
