Being a service provider company (18%) can we buy or sale of goods of other GST Rate like 5% / 28% if yes than what is the GST rate we charge.

Rate depends on product and service and as mentioned by GST council
If You are registered as Service Provider (and Selected option) then You can't Buy and Sell Goods.

@ Mr. D Goel.,
- If You are registered as Service Provider or Only service related options then You can amend Your Registration details with Sales Activites. After You can Buy and Sell Goods. Otherwise it's not good/advicsable.
- Tax Rates based on Items Rate. If You Buy 5% items & Sale it 5%. Buy 12% - Sale 12% ....
*** Tax rates change only composition dealer
