Dear Friends I have filed Form 23 B. But by mistake instead of AGM as 30.09.2013. I have mentioned AGM as 11.11.2013. Now I want to revise 23 B Form.

Yes you can revise such Form-23B.
There is no prohibtion on filing the revised Form 23 B. You ca file the revised Form 23 B mentioning the error you have done in the earlier form filed. The matter is that you will have to pay the penality equal to double of the normal fees, as the form now will be filed after 30 days
