Can anybody please help me??? i want to open a shop in delhi. what all formalities / doccumentation is required. the shop will be rented. it will be readymade shop.

First you will registered under Shop Act
open PAN
Then if u confident your sell is goes beyond 5 lakhs then open vat account number.
