ofcourse itz a great idea!! why not? please do proceed with ur plan. regarding knowledge in accounting, nobody is perfect before learning things. just study the matters properly, understand the concept , u will surely have a good grab over the subject. itz very good to see your willing ness. do give it a try!!

Start with 11-12 Accounting books .. Then you can easily grasp basic accounting knowledge.

You can easily cope up wid Accounts.....

itz not a big deal if ur sincere nd focused......

Evn i m frm SCIENCE background nd within 2 mnthz of study im hav attend a grt hold on  thz subject......

First tell me, what made you to think of studing CA course, because it needs lots of Patience and hard work, only strong determination and motivation can get us through it.

if you think you have both then no problem you can go ahead.

I saw few people from science background cleared their CA very quickly....  So, I believe this will give you the positive approach...

its good idea to start CA..... but u shud have patience,hardwork and more concentration......

as for me i suggest u to start CWA first...it is very easy to clear CWA when compared to CA....

and also u ll get some basic knowledge and also confidence if u clear atleast CWA inter.....

then if u start CA it wud be helpful for u....because as a housewife and science student you have to invest more time and need more concentration...

hi even im from science.first u see that ur  willing to do that.be in a mind that whatever ca is hard i can do it. dont have mind that ca salary more thats why im willing.if u really have the motive to do ca plz do it ....u will come out with bright colours.all the best...hey join good institute..in cpt it is the teacher who can make u understand very well....
