agar partnership firm hai to minimum 20% share of profit.....
agar company hai to minimum 20% voting right....
agar aisa hai to us insaaan ka us firm ya company me substantial interest hai.....
jab kisi company ka demerger hota hai...to uske baad jo company banti hai use demerged company yani resulting company kehte hain..matlab jo company purani company se nikalti hai wo resulting company hoti hai...
