vote in favour and against at same time
can I member who is entitled to vote give his vote in favour and against the resolution at same time i.e like he has given his 40% vote in favour and 60% in against for same agenda.

it depends on the moa drafted of the company,because no where in companies act and rules are mentioned that one member can have only one vote at a time and there is no rule against your question
Yes you can but not in per cent but in number like your holding in a Company is of 1000 equity share fully paid up.You can use your shares for voting like infavour of Resolution 500 shares and Agaist the resolution 500 shares as you like.
