as per notification 10/2017 Intrigated Tax on dt. 13-10-17, I applying GST cancellation on GST portal but options not available. on Dt. 12-01-18 option available then I was applied GST cancel.
between these period I file NIL returns. because my income less than 20 lakh.
but department says you file tax, why I fill tax between these period option not available it not my mistake.
kindly guide me how Can solve it.

CANCELLATION OF GST REGISTRATION IS ONLY ALLOWED AFTER PAYING ALL TAX & DUES
Before cancelling your registration, you Should clear all liabilities and submit all the returns.
I file NIL return, यदि ऑप्शन oct में आ जाता तोह में उसी समय कैन्सल कर देता ऑप्शन नही आया तोह इसमे मेरी mistake कहा है।
BUT TILL YOU CAN ALSO FILE THE NIL RETURN
इसलिए मैंने oct से जनवरी-18 तक nil रेतुर्न फ़ाइल किया।

You should have given in written to the department at that time that you are under threshold limit and now you want to cancel your registration but there is no option of cancelling it. Now you have to pay your dues as long as you don't have documentary proof that you wanted to cancel your return.

Have you issued any tax invoice? If so, you have to pay tax, otherwise not.
Also in your application for cancellation, what is the effective date you have given for cancellation? You are required to issue tax invoices up to that date and also pay tax accordingly.
