An agreement where the consent of the party is not free is Void.
An agreement where the consent of the party has been taken through Fraud,coercion,misrepresentation or undue influence is Voidable..
Kindly help ! is it true ?? I m quite confused in the above two conditions ,i have read these questions in the model papers but still not sure about its accuracy..
An agreement where the consent of one party is not free is voidable at the option of such a party. It is not void
An agreement where the consent of the party is not free is voidable at the option of such a party.......
And when there is no consensus ad idem .i.e. no identity of minds/ error in consensus, in such cases the agreement is void.....
