Swami Vivekananda said Awake Arise And Stop Not Till The Goal Is Reached. If a person follow this sincerely he can a achieve his goal inspite of the competitions he has to face..!
He was insisting on a very important point about a man's physical health...wvery one of has immense power with in us. If we realise this and tap the energy from with in following certain Yoga exercises and proper Meditation we can be very healthy & also accquire excellent metal health with out visiting a doctor.first understand His sayings then implement it with 100% faith .if every one realise this. Soon we can change this Universe...
