Yes, many students find his lectures boring. But truth is that there is no material better than VG sir's modules. So it's better to sit through his lectures, than trying to tackle 7-8 volumes on your own at home.

Lectures of V. gupta sir are not at all boring.

however , for self study you can follow .............

(practice manual or T N Manoharan + supp study mat(ICAI)+case law (ICAI))
