Dear Members I am facing a problem in filling FTE Form. When i upload form, eror is showing " Company is not Active". In company master data company status is " Under Process of Striking off". What should i do for resolving this eror plz suggest me. Co. has not been filed any return since 2009(Incorporation).Its very Urgent.

Co. have never filled any annual return or EES/FTE since incorporation(march 2009)
Do not file fte. Ur company will automatically closed by roc
