Very urgent query relating to PCC June exam

I have completed my 15 months articleship training on 15/01/2009 and i have taken 45 days leave during that period, further i am going to take leave from 05/02/2009 till 31st May 2009 (130 days including ITT Training for 20 days and Exam days for 15 days ).My employer is ready to give such leave and he will not have any objection but he told that i will be  allowed very less time for my final CA exam preparation as because total leave allowed during whole period of articleship is 180 days as per ICAI.

After going through above matter i would like to ask all my dear friends and seniors that will there be any problem for me for appearing in PCC June exam if i take leave from 05/02/2009 to 31/05/2009.

At now i am not bothered about my CA Final exam but only have tension of my pcc exam therefore finally my question to all is - Will there be any problem arise for me to appear in PCC june09 exam as per ICAI due to such period of leave for exam preparation? ??????

The leave allowed is only 1/6th of actual period served by you excluding leaves taken during articleship.ITT period is counted as period of duty or office hours. Also exam days are counted as days of articleship as per ICAI.The rest 95 days + 45 days =140 days is your leave period.I guess there will be no problem for you to appear in pcc exams.. hi shivkeshri.

i dont know hw far this is true but i hav read somewhere in the icai's official website that leave taken for IIT training is not to be counted as leave.

perhaps u shud ask the institute directly regarding such matters. that wud help.
