vERY Urgent Query on PF

Dear all,

 

Please suggest me on the following with appropriate BASIS OFOPINION please...

 

1. One employee left the company on May 28. Till when can i file Form 10. What is penalty if not filed on time. How to calculate due date for filing.

 

2. One employee joined on April 10. What is due date for Form 5 & 2. How will we calculate that? what if not filed on time.

 

3. Till when i need to submit Form 3A/6A for annual records. date is April 30th or changed? what if filed late?

 

4. Form 12 A monthly return is yo be filed by 25th of next month...What if not filed on time??/

Hi learner,

If employee leaves from the company then Form - 10 has to be filed with in 15 days from the close of the month.

For ur first question, the due date with in which the form has to be filed is June - 15
