Form 10IE before due date and ITR filed after due date

Form 10IE was filed before the due date to opt for old tax regime for business income for the AY 2024-25 but ITR-3 was filed after the due date in Dec 2024. Can i still get exemptions under old tax regime. ITR not yet proceesed.
